By accessing besigned.agency or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services. We may update these terms periodically; the version dated below is the one that applies.

You may browse, share, and link to our public content. Don't scrape the site at scale, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to develop a competing service. The site is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee.

Project work is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA), signed at engagement start. The SOW takes precedence over these site terms for project-specific matters: payment schedules, deliverables, IP transfer, and termination.

Project IP transfers to the client upon final payment unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio with reasonable visual obfuscation if confidentiality is required.

All content on this site — copy, code, visual identity, photography — is owned by BeSigned LLC unless attributed otherwise. The brand name, logo, and visual marks are trademarks of BeSigned LLC.

Open-source code we publish on GitHub is governed by the license attached to each repository.

Our liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable in dispute. We don't accept liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Engagements include professional indemnity insurance up to $5M per occurrence. Details available on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County or, by mutual agreement, through binding arbitration administered by JAMS.
